By participating as a vendor in the CR8R Market Vendor Day (“Event”), you (“Vendor”) agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Event Details & Participation

• Vendors must be approved in advance by CR8R HUB organizers.

• Vendor spaces will be assigned by CR8R staff and may not be changed without prior approval.

• Setup and breakdown times will be communicated prior to the event and must be strictly followed.

2. Release of Liability

• CR8R HUB, its owners, affiliates, staff, and partners assume no responsibility or liability for any loss, theft, damage, or injury that may occur during the Event.

• Vendors participate at their own risk. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Damaged merchandise or display materials

  • Personal injury or property loss

  • Weather-related incidents or accidents

• Vendors are encouraged to carry their own insurance coverage for theft, damage, and liability.

3. Vendor Responsibilities

• Vendors are responsible for:

  • Bringing their own tables, tents, displays, and equipment unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • Securing their items and ensuring safety of their setup.

  • Complying with all local health, fire, and safety codes.

  • Obtaining any necessary licenses, permits, or certifications for the sale of goods or services.

4. Conduct

• Vendors agree to behave professionally and respectfully at all times.

• No disruptive, discriminatory, or illegal activity will be tolerated.

• CR8R HUB reserves the right to remove any vendor for inappropriate conduct, with no refund issued.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

• CR8R HUB reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, safety issues).

• No refunds will be issued for vendor cancellations unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

6. Use of Likeness

• By participating, vendors grant CR8R HUB the right to use photos, video, or audio taken at the Event—including of vendor booths and representatives—for promotional purposes.

7. Indemnification

• Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless CR8R HUB, its organizers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or legal actions resulting from their participation, products sold, or actions during the Event.

8. Agreement Acknowledgment

• By submitting payment or confirming participation, the Vendor acknowledges they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.
